Oleg came over within an hour of our call to take a look at the furnace. He was able to get it back up and running quickly at an affordable price.

Mike did a very good job. He took his time to make sure my system is working properly. The quality is excellent! If I could redo the HVAC, I would call Alley Heating and Cooling again.

Oleg came to our house in winter, on a Saturday, when our furnace stopped working (we tried everything we could to get it back on ourselves). He said he’d come in 45 minutes and he did! Surprisingly very affordable and quick. Oleg was a gentleman and gave us recommendations afterwards. I highly recommend that you call Oleg! I stumbled upon his company by driving by one of his parked work trucks in my neighborhood (south boise).

We received excellent service from Alley today. Our home is less than two years old, and our furnace suddenly stopped working. From the time we first had contact with the owner of Alley to the time the technician arrived at our home and had the furnace running again was less than two hours. I appreciate their friendly, prompt and thorough service!

I was so fortunate to have had Alley Heating and Air come service my furnace today. They came out in less than 12 hours of notifying them of an issue. I had two others come out before with unsatisfactory results. Peter, the technician, resolved my "zoning" issues within an hour. The furnace is once again working efficiently.
